How long after I order a Barefoot Bathtub will I receive it?
For standard colors, it generally takes about 40 days (6 weeks) after your order has been placed before the factory ships the tub. That means it will usually take about 6-7 weeks from the time that you place your order until the time that you will receive your Barefoot Bathtub. However, custom and premium colors have a lead time to ship of 6-8 weeks. This means it can take up to 9 weeks from the time you placed your order until the time you receive your tub. You will see (when it arrives) how well Barefoot Bathtubs crates your tub (price of crating included). It has been our experience that it is very rare that a Barefoot Bathtub tub gets damaged in transit (unlike some other products that shipping carriers seem to damage easily).

Lifetime Warranty
Barefoot Bathtubs will repair or replace any of our antique cast iron replica bathtubs if found structurally defective due to rust, corrosion, and workmanship for the life of the original owner.
All claims for damages or shortages must be reported to us within 72 hours. Do not return any merchandise without prior authorization.
Legs, faucets, and plumbing supplies fall under the original manufacturers warranty and is not the responsibility of Barefoot Bathtubs.
Barefoot Bathtubs will not be responsible for customer neglect, abuse, improper cleaning or normal wear and tear of our products.
All shipping, handling and crating cost to and from our facility will be the sole responsibility of the original owner.
Final evaluation and determination of warranted structural defects in material and workmanship will be at the sole discretion of Barefoot Bathtubs.
